Smart appliances
These are from JBHifi and will be installed in every apartment/home that I organise the building of. There will also be smart surveillance in corridors, air conditioning and lifts, from other suppliers. You can order them online or in person, but its cheaper on my business account, so I'm just going to order them and install them for every house just after its built, to make sure they fit with the kitchen/laundry layout and match. So, they are calculated to be included on the house price, so you can purchase expensive smart technology and put it on your mortgage, if you want to, if you have the purchase price borrowing power.

Services for physically disabled:
We hope to develop a product with nueralink and someone like mark z, to come up with services that can help disabled people navigate a robot car, to and from health services, on their own and business opportunities.
Its not ready for the market yet. They're still working on it in America, but I'm looking forward to when it becomes available so that it could be tied in with my accessible homes somehow.
Humanoids
- the plan is to have these in the home, to help with cleaning and domestic tasks.
EVE by 1X Technologies | The Smarter Working Android
- They're not available in Australia yet, but in a few years' time, they possibly will be and they're great at helping with domestic cleaning, in the home.

Current and upcoming projects:
Leppington Accessible Homes, Robotic City.
- These will be environmentally friendly, energy efficient builds.
- There will be about 5 building projects started in jan/feb 2025, but if we get more builders, we can work on more projects. They will be built in a month or two, because robots will do the heavy work.
